As of 7/29/2020 plate kits are shipped with knurled nuts

  • Aluminum Plate - Cast Tool & Jig - 0.313(5/16)" thickness. Surface is machined by supplier. Flatness tolerance is 0.381mm. Gauge tolerance is ±0.127mm.
  • Plate is drilled and counterbored for M3 socket head cap screws (see drawing).
  • Plate has holes tapped for M3 on the bottom side that can be used for thermal fuse attachment and grounding.
  • Plates are sized in inches, so they are a few millimeters bigger than a print size.
  • Precisely drilled on drill press using counterbore bit
  • Keenovo Silicone AC heater has a built-in thermistor.
  • Heater and PEI sheet have 3m adhesive pre-applied. Parts are not glued together. Assembly is required.
  • Includes mounting hardware.
  • Compatible with VORON 2.2 and 2.4 versions.
